I have worked in the car business for more than 25 years and I have had the pleasure of meeting some really wonderful people along the way. I always put myself into the shoes of the customer and I think that has helped me to be successful over the years. The part that I love most about the Service Department, is the positive vibe and electricity that results from taking care of customers, interacting with employees, and fixing cars right the first time! |
