« Back to All Staff | | Diane has been the Human Resource Manager for Howard Orloff Imports for six years. Before her start here, many of her job responsibilities fell on various individuals within the organization. We realized we needed a centralized Human Resources employee to balance the needs of our staff and our organization. This is her first time working at a dealership and she has embraced the challenges our industry holds in recruitment, payroll, benefit administration, safety, compliance, employee relations and training. Diane is a graduate from the University of Iowa with a Bachelors of Science in Sociology and Masters in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. She is currently studying to get her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certificate. In her free time, she enjoys sailing and scuba diving with her husband. |
